Salary: $1100 per month

We are seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and smoothing metal and other materials using hand tools and machines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the shape or form required for the material
- Set up and operate shaping machines such as lathes, grinders, and planers to shape the material
- Use hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and files to shape and smooth the material
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shaper or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Familiarity with various shaping machines
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
