Machine Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our manufacturing facility located in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating various types of machinery and equipment, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines and equipment according to instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance logs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Own transportation required

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, with the opportunity for growth within the company. This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed.
