Factory Machine Operator

As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a factory setting. Your main duty will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to produce high-quality products. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate designated machinery to produce goods according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and fix any mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any concerns or updates on production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience operating machinery in a factory setting is a plus
- Technical skills and knowledge of different types of equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for overtime as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya. It is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
