As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Oversee all phases of the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel for site visits as needed
