We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and functional designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation. Indian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements
- Create design proposals using 2D and 3D software
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Review contractor bids and select the most suitable one
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and professionals from different backgrounds
