Temporary Concierge (English Speaking) - Visa Sponsorship Available


We are currently seeking a temporary concierge to join our team in Atlanta. This position is perfect for Canadians looking for English speaking jobs and individuals without experience are welcome to apply. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with luggage and guest requests, and maintaining the lobby area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary:
Starting salary for this temporary position is $1700 per month.
