Concierge - Atlanta, USA (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Atlanta. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage for guests
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in Urdu and/or English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
