Commercial Architect - Ashdod, Egypt

We are hiring a Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Ashdod, Egypt. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and creating innovative designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary changes to design plans as needed
- Prepare project proposals and budgets for clients
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design specifications are being followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
