Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Herzliya, Israel
We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Nepali national, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menus and specials
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial results to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
