Pakistani Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Herzliya is seeking a experienced Pakistani Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality customer service and maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and maintain food quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Salary: 1100$ per month
