Land Surveyor

A leading land surveying firm in Lom is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, analyzing information, and producing detailed reports for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment including GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze data to produce accurate maps and reports
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and calculations
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and budget
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying or related field
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

We offer competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Lom. This job is open for Pakistani nationals only.
