Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Offer guidance and recommendations on products or services based on client needs
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and reviews
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and updates
- Provide timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends if needed
