Preservation Architect - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures to determine their significance and condition
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for the restoration of historic properties
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural stability of historical sites
- Supervise construction work to ensure adherence to preservation plans and standards
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports on the status and progress of preservation projects
- Educate clients on the importance of preserving historical sites and structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in historic preservation or restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural styles from different time periods
- Excellent research skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Historic Preservation or related field
- Familiarity with local preservation laws and regulations
- Experience working with government agencies involved in historic preservation efforts
