Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Eldoret. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating maps and plans for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary of $1400 per month, with accommodations provided. Women are encouraged to apply.

As a Land Surveyor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Communicating with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the survey process
- Adhering to all safety protocols while working on construction sites
- Maintaining accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrain types
