Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Contract)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Muharraq. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including managing staff, inventory control, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for Muharraq

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. The working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Muharraq city, Bahrain.

Nationality:
This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have valid visa sponsorship for Muharraq.
