Moderator for Online Community in Ashdod, Israel



We are currently hiring a Moderator for our online community based in Ashdod, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user activity on our online platform. This includes enforcing community guidelines, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor user activity on the online platform and ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with users to foster a positive and inclusive community environment
- Identify and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior on the platform
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new strategies for community engagement and growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:

- Fluent in Hebrew (English proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service or community management is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel (remote work may be considered)
