As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include preparing and baking dough, decorating pastries, and managing inventory and supplies. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Baker and possess a strong understanding of different baking techniques and ingredients. You must also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for various baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
- Bake items according to recipes or customer requests
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Clean work area regularly to maintain sanitary conditions
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read recipes in metric measurements
- Experience using commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in decorating baked goods
