Administrator - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing support to our team. This position is suitable for men and does not require English language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Create and maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic accounting tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English language skills preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

While this job is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to candidates who hold Pakistani or Canadian citizenship.
