Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Lom, India. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Assist with preparing presentations and reports
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office materials as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking packages
- Maintain a neat and organized office space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
