A well-established bakery in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in baking and a passion for creating delicious treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake goods in ovens or other equipment
- Decorate and finish products with toppings or icings
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Train new employees on baking techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker
- Experience with various baking techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month based on experience.
