Entry-Level Welder in Nairobi, Kenya


We are hiring an Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks such as cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using various welding techniques. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine proper welding techniques and specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment including gas, arc, MIG, and TIG welders

- Use hand tools such as grinders and clamps to shape and fit metal parts together
- Weld metal components together using various techniques such as arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), or oxy-fuel welding
- Inspect welded joints for quality assurance and make necessary repairs if needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use hand tools such as grinders and clamps
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks

Salary:
As an Entry-Level Welder in Nairobi, you will receive a salary of 1500$ per month.
