IT Manager


The IT Manager will oversee the information technology systems and infrastructure of our company, located in Vianden, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security protocols, as well as experience managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of computer systems (servers, networks, databases) and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in technology

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided)
