Office Assistant
Position Summary:
We are a fast-growing company located in Herzliya and we are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, etc.
- Data entry and file management
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure office operations run smoothly
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hebrew or any other language is a plus.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Herzliya.
Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Israel.
