Office Assistant (English Speaking)
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya. As an English speaking office, we welcome candidates of all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English and excellent organizational skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
