Indian Concierge in Herzliya


We are seeking a reliable and professional Indian Concierge to join our team in Herzliya. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests from India, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience. This role also does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, tours, and activities for guests
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, or other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area and assist with luggage handling if required

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have a strong understanding of Indian culture and customs
- Minimum of 12th grade education
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or another Indian language
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer skills for making reservations and communicating with guests via email or messaging apps

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
