Concierge for Seasonal Hotel in Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our seasonal hotel team in Herzliya, Israel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with any guest requests or inquiries. Your main duties will include making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and restaurants, and handling guest complaints or issues. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak fluent English. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time or seasonal job in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local area and events happening during the season
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to enhance guests' experience
- Handle any special requests or accommodations from guests
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1000 per month for part-time seasonal position.

Location:
This job is located in Herzliya, Israel. Candidates must have legal permission to work in Israel.
