Job Title: Finisher



We are currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Kaunas. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on our products, ensuring they meet high quality standards. This position requires attention to detail and experience in using various finishing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Use hand and power tools to smooth, shape, and polish surfaces
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, or lacquer
- Sand and buff surfaces to achieve desired finish
- Mix and match colors to create custom finishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Familiarity with various finishing tools and techniques
- Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time
- Basic understanding of color theory is an asset

Salary:
As a Finisher, you can expect to earn an annual salary of 1400$. This may vary depending on your level of experience.
