English Tutor


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a language school catering to Pakistani and Filipino students, we require a tutor who is fluent in both English and either Urdu or Tagalog. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be able to provide proof of their teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials that cater to the needs of Pakistani and Filipino students learning English as a second language
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to make learning engaging and effective for students of different levels
- Monitor students' progress through regular assessments and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, assignments, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in language teaching methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in English and either Urdu or Tagalog (spoken and written)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Biometric passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- Previous experience working with bi-cultural/multi-cultural environments is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
