Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries and create maps and reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in land surveying and be familiar with surveying tools and software. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month and accommodation provided. Indians with prior experience are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Note: This job does not require English proficiency.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Familiarity with surveying tools and software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries
- Create maps, reports, and other documents based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure accuracy of all survey measurements and data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina for working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
