Experienced Gardener in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are hiring an experienced Gardener to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain garden designs according to client preferences and needs
- Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding
- Monitor plants for pests and diseases and take appropriate action
- Install irrigation systems and perform repairs when needed
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits and discuss any concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener
- Excellent knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU applicants
