A factory in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of factory machinery to produce high-quality products. You will also be responsible for monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate factory machines according to instructions and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation
- Make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain production efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating factory machinery preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time during shifts

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Malindi, Kenya (Note: Preference for Indian nationals)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
