Land Surveyor in Las Vegas



We are seeking a skilled and experienced land surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise surveys of land and property. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and property using specialized equipment and technology
- Analyze data and create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of surveys
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and data collected

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, etc.
- Excellent math skills for calculations and measurements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying in Las Vegas
- Experience working with CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
