Experienced Handyman for Full Time Position in Las Vegas


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to general home maintenance and repairs. This is a full time position offering a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for various jobs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients

Preferred:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred for this role:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality or previous experience working with Indian clients/customers
- Experience working full time in a similar role
