We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to join our dynamic team in Acre, Canada. As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to project completion. In this role, you will work closely with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the architectural design process, from initial concept development to project completion
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to develop innovative and practical design solutions
- Ensure that projects adhere to all relevant codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations for cost-effective design solutions
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with sustainability principles is an asset

Salary:
1500$ per month
