Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information for construction and development projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise surveying results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, locations of buildings, roads, utilities, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Provide guidance on land use regulations and restrictions during the planning phase of projects
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with new surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping purposes
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
