We are a reputable accounting firm seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Lom, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical skills. This role will primarily involve managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Conduct month-end close procedures
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends or variances
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in accounting software programs such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
