Merchandiser - English Speaking (Filipino Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, while ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. This position requires strong communication skills as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in merchandising, as well as a passion for fashion and trends. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided for Filipino employees.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Ensure that all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products and plan promotions
- Build relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Maintain visual standards according to company guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if needed

Salary: 1600$ per month
