Preservation Architect
Our architectural firm in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, while also incorporating modern design and functionality. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all preservation projects meet the necessary standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation techniques and materials
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Must have authorization to work in Izhevsk
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to all necessary regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision for the project
- Work with engineers to ensure structural integrity of historic buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for preservation projects
- Supervise construction teams during restoration work
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in historic preservation techniques
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as opportunities for career growth within our firm. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Filipinos.
