Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our firm in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This position does not require proficiency in English, making it suitable for Nepali candidates. Previous experience is not required, but a strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes is preferred. This job does not include accommodation, so it is most suitable for male candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, construction workers, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review and approve all construction materials and finishes to meet quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in designing industrial buildings or facilities (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to conduct site visits as needed

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Vilnius but does not require proficiency in English.
