Waiter/Waitress in Bayan, Nepal


We are hiring a dedicated and hardworking Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Bayan, Nepal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure timely delivery of food items from the kitchen to the table
- Check on guests frequently to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Nepali language skills would be an asset)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
