We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Dickirch, Nepal. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and maintaining network systems, as well as strong knowledge of operating systems, servers, security protocols, and hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's computer network, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing necessary upgrades or improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement network security measures to protect company data
- Maintain server infrastructure including installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems
- Manage user accounts and access levels on the network
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on workstations
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), security protocols (SSL/TLS) and server operating systems (Windows Server)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
