Land Surveyor


We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties to determine boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant information for construction or development projects. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels to gather data and create accurate maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment
- Collecting data on land features and property boundaries
- Analyzing survey data and creating maps and reports
- Identifying potential issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Proficiency with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant laws, codes, and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
