Shaper - Manufacturing Operator


As a Shaper - Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for shaping and molding various materials to create finished products. Your main duties will include operating shaping machines, monitoring the production process, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be expected to maintain equipment and keep the production area clean and organized.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working in a manufacturing setting and be familiar with shaping techniques and machine operation. Responsibilities:
- Operate shaping machines to shape materials according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with shaping techniques and machine operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)
