Florist - Full Time, with Accommodation (Medina, Saudi Arabia)



A reputable flower shop in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, your main responsibility will be to create and arrange beautiful floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral bouquets and decorations according to customer preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and accessories
- Providing excellent customer service by helping clients choose the perfect floral arrangements
- Handling payments and managing orders through our POS system
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Collaborating with event planners to create customized floral arrangements for special events

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care techniques
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Fluent in Malayalam (preferred) or English
