Industrial Architect


We are currently in need of an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of various industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project
- Create detailed designs and plans for industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and processing plants
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential construction challenges
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that plans are feasible and meet all necessary regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods to achieve the desired results within budget constraints
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the approved plans
- Make any necessary adjustments or changes as needed throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We value our employees' expertise and offer a competitive salary package starting at $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva but we welcome applications from qualified candidates from all over Africa or Canada. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
