Excavator Operator - Entry Level


We are hiring an Excavator Operator to join our team in Washington, USA. This is an entry level position suitable for Indians with no English proficiency and no prior experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and clearing construction sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of excavators according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines set by supervisors
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with no English proficiency
- No prior experience as an excavator operator required
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
