Part-Time Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in Nakuru


We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Nakuru. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked correctly in retail stores, promoting sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores on a regular basis to ensure our products are properly displayed and stocked according to company guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate teams
- Set up product displays, including signage and promotional materials, to attract customers' attention
- Conduct product training for store employees to increase their knowledge of our brand and products
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for increased sales or improved merchandising strategies
- Report any issues or concerns regarding product quality or availability to the appropriate departments

Qualifications:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser is not required but would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.
