Indian Sales Manager - Contract Position in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai on a contract basis. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market (preferably in Dubai)
- Strong knowledge of the local market, industry trends, and competitors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills will be an advantage)
- Available for a contract position in Dubai
