Handyman for Property Management Company in Jerusalem


We are a property management company in Jerusalem seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Handle painting, drywall, and flooring repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with buildings and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in property management or construction industry
- Biometric passport (preferably from an African country)
- Fluent English language skills
