Hotel Sales Manager - Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1400$. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own visa.
